Confirm the proposed length of stay and accommodation before asking the host to prepare an invitation. Explain how the applicant’s expenses will be met and what support the host is offering.
If a Super Visa is being considered, organise its additional requirements separately. The host’s income evidence and qualifying insurance cannot be assumed to follow an ordinary family-visit checklist.
