Build the file around the trip you are actually planning.
Before collecting paperwork, write down your travel plan: where you intend to go, how long you intend to stay, who will pay and how the trip fits your work, business or family circumstances in India.
We use those facts to decide which documents are genuinely useful. A larger file is not automatically a stronger file.
Documents we may review
Passport and identity information
Employment, business, study or retirement evidence
Financial evidence relevant to the planned trip
Travel itinerary and accommodation details
Host or invitation documents where relevant
Consistency across forms and supporting evidence
A proposed itinerary explains your plans, but it is not a visa decision. Consider the risk of non-refundable bookings and follow the document instructions in your application.
