Keep personal travel finances and business records understandable. If the company is paying, explain that arrangement; if you are paying personally, do not leave the application to imply otherwise.
Ownership or business activity can be supported with relevant records, but the visitor purpose must still be clear. Company documents alone do not explain why you are travelling or how long you intend to stay.
