Prepare a separate record set for each applicant while keeping the shared itinerary consistent. Check who is paying for each person and whether any host invitation covers the whole group.
For children, follow current requirements for the particular travel arrangement and supporting consent or custody records where applicable. Do not assume an adult’s document checklist is sufficient for a minor.
