Checking consistency across the application
Make a short list of key facts: name, passport number, occupation, dates, host, accommodation and funding. Compare those facts across the form and supporting records before submission.
If the plans change, update the relevant documents rather than leaving different versions in the same file. Keep a copy of what was ultimately submitted for later reference.
