Preparing a family invitation
An invitation should make the relationship, proposed dates, accommodation and funding arrangement understandable. Check the host’s contact information and ask them to review names against the passport.
The traveller should still explain their own circumstances and intended visit. An invitation supports the application; it does not guarantee a visa or establish permission to stay indefinitely.
